Bokashi

Attached is a step by step visual presentation on how to make bokashi (pickle), with some borrowed images from Auckland Council. Similar information is covered in more detail by the Compost Collective mentioned below.  It is best to have two bokashi systems; put aside the first to continue fermenting while using the second one.
