Submissions to the Draft Annual Plan closed on the 18 April 2017.

The Annual Budget has an impact on your rates and Council’s debt. They asked people to keep that in mind while looking at the changes we’re proposing and answering the following questions:

• Are we on track?
• What do you like about what we’ve proposed?
• What don’t you like?
• If you believe rates are too high, which programmes would you like removed or reduced?
