Renting
- For home owners, the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme can greatly subsidise ceiling/underfloor insulation, in some cases a black polythene ground barrier, and a heat pump or efficient wood/pellet burner for the living area where there none already. People may be eligible if they live in a low-income area or have a community services card.
- For renters, your landlord is legally required to meet the Healthy Home Standards, where practical.
