Enrolments are now open for RECAP’s 2020 permaculture design certificate course.

Are you interested in living more sustainably and exploring the permaculture ethics of earth care, people care, and fair share? Would you like to join others to learn this holistic, dynamic, systems approach to designing homes, gardens, diverse farms, and neighbourhoods? Would you like an introduction to a wide range of subjects — gardening, orchard care, natural building, community development, and much more?

There are three ways to enrol:

  • a two-day introduction in February
  • a 13-day full course taught select Saturdays from February to September
  • a 13-day full course with 7 days in 2020 and 6 in 2021.

Course fees are subsidised thanks to Palmerston North City Council, Lotteries, and other key funders.

You can check course dates and other information at http://recap.org.nz/pdc. Email kirsty@recap.org.nz for more information.

Learn more about lead tutors Sharon & Phil Stevens at http://slowfarm.co.nz. Sharon and Phil will be joined by natural builder Matt Cassells and other specialists as appropriate.
